On September 7 at 11:30 loca time, a bomb exploded below a freight train on the railway haul Kizlyar-Ulanhol in Dagestan. The operation of trains stopped. According to preliminary reports, the explosion made six cars run off the rails, two of them overturned, and the locomotive was badly damaged.
